AKC Canine Good Citizen Classes
Teach your dog to be a good citizen in it's community!
The American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program prepares dogs to demonstrate good manners and behavior, both in the home and out in the community. The CGC program also encourages responsible dog ownership by building your relationship with your dog through training and understanding. Dogs who pass the 10 step CGC test can earn a certificate and/or the official AKC CGC title. The test will be performed at the end of the 5 week class. There is no age restriction however, dogs should have some basic obedience training. Students will be notified of location before class each week.
CGCA and CGCU classes follow our Canine Good Citizen classes.
Please note our Canine Good Citizen class is NOT for dogs that show aggression or reactivity towards other dogs or people.
Schedule:
12.15pm on 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16 and 10/23.
